Megan McDonough
Megan has been coaching for the Osseo Dance Program for 15 years. In high school, she was a 2 year varsity member on the Osseo Dance Team and prominent member of the Osseo Senior High (OSH) theater and choir departments. She went on to study theater in college where she was dance captain in 2 shows, Fools and The Bacchae. Megan is the Artistic Director of the Drama Department at OSH and choreographed the OSH's production of Wizard of Oz in 2015. She has previously choreographed musicals at Shakopee and Rogers High Schools. She is currently working as the Activities Director Secretary at OSH.
Lindsey Topp
Lindsey has been coaching with the Osseo Dance Program for 11 years. In high school, she was a member of the Coon Rapids Dance Team for three years and a summer captain her Senior year. Lindsey graduated from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities with a degree in Psychology. She currently works as a Human Resource Administrator in Golden Valley. Lindsey loves being a part of the Osseo Dance Team coaching staff and staying connected to her passion for dance.
Katey Sullivan
Katey has been coaching for the Osseo Dance Program for 9 years. She was a member of the Cooper High School Cooperette Dance Team for 4 years, and named captain her junior and senior years on the team. Graduating from Cooper in 2010, she continued her dance career in college at Southwest Minnesota State University where she was a member of the SMSU Dance Team for 4 years and was captain her senior year. Graduating with a degree in Exercise Science from Southwest, she hopes to pursue a career in Physical Therapy in the future. Katey is very excited to continue her coaching career off at Osseo High School and to continue with the sport that she loves!
Steph Lica
This is Stephanie's sixth year coaching for the Osseo Dance Team. She trained at Metro Dance Center and Larkin Dance Studio and was a four-year member of the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire Dance Team. She also danced with the Blugold Marching Band at numerous college football games and at halftime for Vikings and Packers games. She has since continued performing as a jazz, hip hop, and pom dancer for Northern Elite Vibe. A full-time copywriter, she also works with the Twin Cities Road Crew, performing at school assemblies and events such as the Edina Art Fair and Twin Cities Pride.
Kaylee Andersen
Kaylee has been coaching for the Osseo Dance Program for 3 years. She was a 6 year varsity member and senior captain of the Osseo Dance Team. She also trained for 13 years at Dancin' On Broadway. She attended the University of Minnesota Duluth where she competed on the UMD dance team for one year and danced in a student-led organization for the rest of her college career. She earned her B.S. in Statistics and Actuarial Science and is now working on her Master's degree in Data Science at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. She currently works as a Business Systems Analyst at Tradition Capital Bank.
